We are seeing an increase in failed dental appointments, late cancellations, and late arrivals to the practice. This is having a negative impact on the smooth running and availability of urgent appointments for patients. Also, this leads to longer wait times for patients placed on our NHS treatment lists. Appointments are very limited due to the ongoing . Every slot is vitally important to our team!
We would greatly appreciate it if patients could ensure they arrive promptly, no more than 5 mins before their booked appointment time. If you are unable to attend please make every effort to contact the practice at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. This allows us to offer the cancellation to those on our waiting lists.
